Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Mortigen.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Mortigen, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Mortigen is a single-player top-down survival shooter game available on Android and iOS. The game may include optional rewarded advertisements.
3. Purchases and Microtransactions
The current version of Mortigen does not offer in-app purchases or microtransactions.
If a future release changes the monetization model, these terms and the store listing will be updated before those features are made available.
4. Rewarded Advertisements
Mortigen displays rewarded video advertisements through Google AdMob. These ads are optional and only shown when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game revive. No ads are shown during normal gameplay.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in Mortigen, including artwork, music, sound effects, code, game design, lore text, character designs, and the Mortigen name, is the property of Luis Enrique Ruiz and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the app without prior written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Modify or create derivative works based on the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or related systems
- Distribute the app over a network for simultaneous multi-device use unless authorized
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Mortigen is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luis Enrique Ruiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
9. Third-Party Services
The app integrates third-party services including Google AdMob, Google Play Services, and Apple platform services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the app.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the app shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bilbao, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
